Requirements for Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) Current, active TexasLVN license Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online) G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train About Care Options for Kids Care Options for Kids is the leading provider of pediatric nursing services. The eligible employee will receive $500 for every 250 billable hours worked up to $2,500.
