Job Description: The Physical Therapy Assistant will collaborate closely with the Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality rehabilitative services to both inpatient and outpatient populations. Key Responsibilities: Work under the supervision and direction of the Physical Therapist to implement treatment plans. Provide hands-on assistance and instruction to patients during therapy sessions. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Education: Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy. Current Texas license or must be actively in the application process for obtaining the state license Qualifications: Prior experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in physical therapy, is preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Empathy and patience in working with patients facing physical challenges.
