We are looking for an enthusiastic Physical Therapist to bring their expertise and passion to our innovative team! Collaborate with physicians to establish and evaluate treatment programs, care plans, goals, and discharge plans tailored to patient needs.
* Treatment Planning and Provision of Care
* Implement physical therapy treatment plans effectively.
* Select appropriate activities to help patients progress toward their goals.
* Provide continuous education and training for patients and families.
* Offer discharge instructions, follow-up, and referrals to community resources as needed.
* Serve as a resource for staff, families, and physicians regarding rehabilitation services and equipment.
Document evaluations and care plans according to departmental guidelines.
* Embrace diversity and foster teamwork.
* Adhere to attendance and punctuality policies.
* Communicate effectively with team members, both verbally and in writing.
* Participate in staff meetings, required in-services, and process improvement activities.
* Organize workload efficiently and utilize materials safely and cost-effectively.
* Observe infection prevention precautions.
Customer Service
* Lead with vision, innovation, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
* Participate in the orientation and training of new employees.
* Fulfill all mandatory hospital and system requirements.
Doctorate in Physical Therapy required.
Physical Therapist license required.
* Relevant experience in Neuro physical therapy required.
Customer service orientation.
* Basic computer proficiency.
