Our client located in the state of California is looking for a permanent Nurse Director to oversee Surgical Services. Ideal candidates should 2+ years of surgical services experience with at least 1 year of RN Management level experience as well as knowledge with regulatory and Joint Commission.

Responsibilities of the RN Director of Surgical Services

• Responsible for the operational and financial management of the departments
• Participates and develops annually house-wide and unit specific policies.
• Participates in the Employee Performance and Improvement process

Minimum Requirements of the RN Director of Surgical Services

• BSN is required
• 2+ years of clinical experience in specialty area
• 1+ years of management level experience
