We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and serving food according to restaurant standards, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and ensuring all prep work is completed efficiently. Responsibilities:

* Prepare and cook menu items to order with consistency and quality * Assist with daily food prep, portioning, and storage of ingredients * Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and prep areas * Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures * Work efficiently during high-volume periods * Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations * Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed

Requirements:

* Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred but not required * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Strong teamwork and communication skills * Reliable and punctual * Commitment to cleanliness and food safety standards
