Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) degree, active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license, and 1+ years Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to work with an elementary school caseload in Van Nuys, CA. This contract position offers a Monday through Friday schedule, from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, beginning as soon as possible and continuing through June 12, 2026. The role requires onsite presence at an elementary school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to elementary-aged students within the school environment.
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support student development and participation.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school regulations and therapy standards.
• Attend meetings and participate in team collaboration to enhance student outcomes.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active and valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license in California.
• Proven experience delivering occupational therapy services in a school-based setting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and school staff.
• Comfortable working onsite in an elementary school environment.
