Security Guard Level I Warner Bros. Discovery Security Departments seeks Security Guard Level I. Your role accountabilities include protecting and serving all employees and visitors and safeguarding company property. You may be assigned to studio gates, office buildings, or events on the main lot, at the ranch, other Warner Bros. off-lot facilities, or an off-lot location. You will issue visitor passes at studio gates and buildings; conduct vehicle and personal item searches; direct and assist visitors; monitor and direct on-lot pedestrian and vehicle traffic; patrol and monitor company premises to ensure that only authorized individuals enter company premises; maintain a log of security activities; observe and report unusual and suspect activities; prepare written incident reports; and perform other related duties as assigned. Experience and requirements include 1-3 years of security officer experience required in a corporate/office environment. A valid driver's license is required and a record of safe driving with at least 6 months of driving history. Guard card is preferred. You may be required to drive occasionally throughout the main lot in Burbank and between facilities using a variety of company-owned vehicles (golf-carts, large SUV, van, pick-up truck, and in some cases, motorcycle) based on assignment. Traveling between facilities may require driving through surface streets and highways. The position requires physical exertionriding a bike, walking/standing for extended periods, climbing stairs, and lifting/maneuvering items weighing up to 50+ lbs. You must be able to work indoors or outdoors in year-round weather conditions. You must be available to work any shift, including graveyard shift, weekends, and holidays. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay rate: $20.91 per hour.
