Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and coordinating notifications per post orders; Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the healthcare location, including entrances, parking areas, corridors, and perimeter, while monitoring for conditions that may help to deter unwanted activity; Control access by observing entry and exit points, verifying credentials and/or visitor requirements as directed, and directing guests to appropriate check-in areas; Document and report observations, incidents, and patrol activity in written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate notable information to site leadership and Allied Universal management
