Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors and staff at a government office location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate; Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, public waiting spaces, and perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify potential issues; Monitor entrances and controlled areas, verify credentials when required, and assist with orderly visitor flow while maintaining a professional presence; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, requesting additional assistance and/or contacting public emergency services as directed by post orders; Document security-related observations, incidents, and/or policy violations in written reports and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership
