Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a retail location; Screen guests and employees at designated entry points by conducting visual inspections, monitoring for prohibited items, and directing individuals to the appropriate areas as needed; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with store leadership and/or local emergency services when required; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout sales floors, stock areas, entrances, and the exterior perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues; Complete daily activity logs and incident reports, document policy violations and hazards, and communicate observations to management and Allied Universal supervision
