About this Opportunity:
In this role, you will oversee the shipping and receiving of raw and finished goods within the warehouse. You'll play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly by managing inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring accurate documentation for both domestic and international orders.
What You'll Be Doing:
Receiving and entering raw materials into the Acumatica ERP system Identifying customer materials from packing slips Moving raw and finished goods to appropriate warehouse areas Generating labels, instructions, and receiving records for invoicing Preparing shipping tickets and bills of lading Scheduling pickups with trucking dispatch Processing domestic and international shipping paperwork (UPS system) Assisting with daily and weekly cycle counts Loading and unloading incoming freight Supporting warehouse team and covering shifts as needed Processing all incoming and outgoing materials What Makes You a Great Fit: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working with shipping systems and warehouse processes Ability to lift and move materials as needed Reliable with a strong work ethic
