A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification is needed for a school-based contract position in Earlimart, CA. This onsite role begins immediately and runs through the end of the school year, concluding on May 28th. The caseload includes 52 students requiring specialized speech and language services. Key Responsibilities: Deliver individual and group speech-language therapy to students with diverse communication needs Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress in compliance with school guidelines Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student communication goals Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts Qualifications and Experience: Valid SLP certification with CCC credential Experience working in educational settings preferred Ability to manage a caseload of 50+ students effectively Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Location: Earlimart, CA Duration: Immediate start until May 28th, onsite only Student Caseload: 52 This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to make a meaningful impact on student success in a structured school environment.
