Your responsibilities will include: Customer Service: Building strong relationships with customers by understanding their self-storage needs and providing tailored solutions. Interacting directly with customers to deliver outstanding service and establish lasting connections. Achieving monthly sales goals and performance metrics. Conducting property walk-throughs for lock checks and showcasing available units. Working both independently and collaboratively to rent out storage spaces, sell merchandise, manage leasing processes, accept payments, and follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments. Property Maintenance: Conducting daily property walk-throughs, cleaning units, and managing the opening and closing of storage doors (up to 50 lbs). Maintaining the facility to ensure cleanliness and safety, including tasks like mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, and ensuring cleanliness in storage units and common areas. Ensuring the storage facility meets company standards for cleanliness and safety (e.g., restrooms, landscaping, parking areas, fencing, walls, doors). You will thrive in this role because... Basic computer skills. Additional Information: Availability to work Saturdays is required. A valid driver's license and insurance are essential, along with access to reliable transportation during work hours. This role requires frequent standing, sitting, kneeling, crouching, crawling, bending, climbing, or balancing on a ladder. The hourly pay rate for this position ranges from $19.28 to $21.08, depending on experience. *Some locations may require Sunday hours.
