Responsibilities:

• Provide competent nursing care adhering to professional and organizational standards in the operating room environment
• Assess patient readiness to learn and utilize appropriate education materials tailored to patient and family needs
• Evaluate patient outcomes and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to revise care plans as necessary
• Perform bedside point of care testing aligned with patient care plans
• Organize, prioritize, and implement individualized care for patients with complex conditions, ensuring safety and psychosocial support
• Participate in professional growth activities, unit goal setting, and performance improvement initiatives
• Promote a safe, clean, and secure hospital environment
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care team members, including discharge planning and advocacy support
• Stay informed on public policy and regulatory guidelines influencing healthcare delivery

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure with proven Operating Room nursing experience
