Key Responsibilities:

- Help maintain a safe, organized, and inclusive classroom atmosphere
- Collaborate with educators and staff to implement behavior management plans
- Contribute to record-keeping and documentation of student progress
- Facilitate communication between students, teachers, and families as needed

- Experience working with school-aged children in an educational or supportive role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students and staff
- Patience, adaptability, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment
