Are you a skilled Dental Assistant looking to make a difference in the lives of patients while working in a supportive, Christ-centered environment? Esperanza Health Center is seeking a temporary Dental Assistant to join our Dental Department, working 0-2 days per week.

What You'll Do

• Assist dentists and hygienists with chair-side support and patient care.
• Prepare operatories, sterilize instruments, and maintain inventory.
• Take dental radiographs in accordance with state regulations.
• Provide administrative support such as scanning, patient calls, and chart management.
• Support patient education, engagement, and oral health promotion.
• Offer hope and comfort to patients through compassionate care and, when appropriate, prayer and scripture.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required; completion of accredited dental assisting program preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Certified Dental Assistant preferred; DANB RHS exam required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and patient service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a mission-driven, diverse team environment.
• Flexibility to cover occasional evening or Saturday shifts.
