Provide specialized care to critically ill newborns in a dynamic Neonatal Intensive Care Unit setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to neonates in the NICU, monitoring vital signs and responding to critical changes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Support families through education and compassionate communication during their infants hospital stay.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records aligned with hospital policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license with NICU, Neonatal, or Perinatal nursing experience.
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal assessment and monitoring.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-stress environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Schedule & Assignment Details:

• 8-week travel assignment.
• Full-time equivalencies available at 0.9 or 1.2 FTE.
• 12-hour shifts available during day or night hours.
• Weekend rotation every other weekend.
