About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care aimed at improving mobility, strength, and functional independence. Responsibilities Implement treatment plans as established by the supervising Physical Therapist

Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional mobility activities

Monitor patient progress and report changes or concerns to the Physical Therapist

Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety techniques

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment

Qualifications Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Current PTA license in the state of employment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist

Previous experience in [insert setting] preferred
