We are hiring a Part-Time Office Administrator to support daily office operations in a professional, team-oriented environment. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys a variety of administrative tasks. Contract-to-Hire Location: Smyrna, GA (Near the Battery) Pay: $20/hour Schedule: Part-Time (24 hours/week) 3 days per week Preferred: Monday–Wednesday or Tuesday–Thursday Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM Key Responsibilities: Provide general office and administrative support Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Coordinate with office vendors and service providers Order office supplies, lunches, and maintain inventory Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating team events Support leadership and team members with day-to-day needs Keep the office organized, stocked, and running efficiently Qualifications: xsgimln 1+ years of administrative, office assistant, or receptionist experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Self-starter with a proactive, "can-do" attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team
