Overview:

Saint Columbkille Parish in Ft. Myers is seeking a Part-time Receptionist to assist with secretarial and administrative professional support.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in answering telephone, taking messages and forwarding calls.

Relief for Administrative Assistant during lunch hour and as needed.

Greet and welcome vendors, families, groups, and other visitors.

Check visitors in and inform employee of visitor arrival for pick up.

Assist with data entry and clerical work as directed by Business Manager.

Clerical work as assigned (proofread weekly bulletin, parish calendar, ministry scheduler pro, etc.).

Provide general information such as Mass times, church events, etc.

Copy, file, and maintain paper or electronic documents and records.

Other duties as assigned.
